Guy has extensive experience as a senior executive, transformational leader, and entrepreneur. Guy has over 20 years of experience as an executive conceiving, leading, and delivering business and digital transformation efforts at the provincial, national, and international levels. Guy recently (2019-2022) advised and supported the Government of Yukon’s digital transformation efforts aimed at moving key citizen services online (e.g. forms, payments permits and licenses). From 2018-2019 Guy led the Government of Manitoba’s Robotic Process Automation efforts. As co-founder of ResearchAI, a Manitoba-based AI startup, Guy has a clear appreciation of business/IT challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to balance governance, operations, and growth. In 2021 Guy was awarded the ICCS Heintzman Leadership award in recognition of his contributions ot Citizen-Centred Service in Canada.
